Designed with a split V neck shape and smocking detail at the yoke, the flowy fitting body leads to an elasticized smocked waistband and high/low ruffled skirt. The skirt is adorned with working buttons with the option to show more leg or offer more coverage fully closed. The delicate shoulder ruffle leads to a long billowy sheer sleeve and smocked cuff. Fully lined and fully magical.  

 Fit: Best selling dress in a new floral print for fall. Smocking at the yoke and waist with a slight high-low skirt with cascading ruffles. Floral jacquard chiffon fabrication.
