We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 10 days to receive the full credit on your credit card - for merchandise purchased at full price. Any purchases made using a discount greater than 10% is final sale - no returns or exchanges. Trunk Show items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.
All accessories - home/décor, jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, vintage and lingerie are final sale. All sale items are also final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you do need to return an item and it falls within our return policy, simply login to your account, view the order using the link under the My Account menu and go you Your Orders, click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received your item in store and processed the returned item.

We offer a $9.95 Flat Rate shipping option and ship via UPS and USPS or a FREE pick up in store option for local customers.
