100% cotton lined dress. Sleeveless with one perfect flutter ruffle on the shoulder. Sewn in bra coverings on opening of arm. One sewn spot across the v-neckline as well and pleated detailing on bust. Gold foil painted bamboo in spots that add a great element to this dress.
