Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 10 days to receive the full credit on your credit card - for merchandise purchased at full price. Any purchases made using a discount of 20% or lesser is exchange or store credit only. Any purchases made using a discount of 20% or greater is final sale - no returns or exchanges. Trunk Show items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.
All accessories - jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and lingerie are final sale. All sale items are also final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
